Please place and confirm your order at least 1 week before delivery to ensure we can fulfill any custom requests or large linen orders in time for your event.

After this point, color and fabric selections cannot be changed. However, we can accommodate small adjustments to sizes and quantities up to 3 days before delivery.

Changes or cancellations made within the 1-week window will be charged the full price, in addition to the initial order.

Yes, we can help you recreate a new order based on a previous one. Simply provide us with the previous order ID or the name the order was under, along with any new items you’d like to add.

We’ll prepare a new quote and send it to you for review.

We can make changes to your order as long as it’s 72 hours before your event. For changes closer to the event, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.

To find out the estimated time of arrival, contact our Customer Service team on the day of delivery or pick-up. Our truck routes are created the night before your delivery or pick-up date.

You can easily request a quote for your order on our website by following these steps:

3. Enter your event details, including delivery, pick-up, and payment information.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you with a detailed quote, including estimated delivery, tax costs, and the damage waiver fee, within 24 hours.
